Sushi Ugatsu Website
Sushi Ugatsu is a small sushi restaurant located in a quiet neighbourhood of Tokyo. The restaurant is run by a young couple whose passion for the craft, the culinary community, and locally sourced ingredients is executed in a simple yet perfectly calculated form, making Sushi Ugatsu a one-of-a-kind gem only found in Tokyo.
I wanted to create a website that would connect people who appreciate Sushi Ugatsu’s art to the restaurant by communicating the chefs’ quiet passion and refined style. Simplicity was our unanimous theme.

Sushi Ugatsu website allows users to easily find necessary information for making reservations and visiting the restaurant. The users can also learn about the atmosphere and history of the store, so that they can look forward to their future visits.

Sushi Ugatsu did not have a website where they could have a full control over how they tell their stories. They also needed the website in both English and Japanese as they attract attention from around the world.
